Plastic Use Hasn’t Ended Yet Because It Has to do With Money

Plastics are cheap and they make the fossil fuel industry billions every year.  So, they’re definitely not promoting a plastic-free world. No way.

So, it’s down to you and me and a bunch of great organizations working hard to make it happen.

You Have a Choice to Start Now and End Your Plastic Use

There are simple changes you can make to start cutting plastic out of your life. You can choose non-plastic alternatives like:

  • carrying your own stainless steel or glass water bottle with you everywhere you go
  • bringing your own wooden cutlery
  • choosing fast food restaurants that use non-plastic containers instead of letting super heated food sit in plastic containers which leach plastic chemicals into your food)
  • using ceramic cookware not plastic-coated non-stick versions
  • refilling your already owned plastic bottles at refill shops
  • choosing non-plastic packaging options at your food store
